**Premier Paws Inc. Mobile Pet Grooming Service - Terms and Conditions**
Welcome to Premier Paws Inc., where we provide premier mobile pet grooming services to keep your furry friends looking and feeling their best. Before using our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
**1. Appointment Scheduling:**
- All grooming appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting our customer service.
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or mechanical issues with our mobile grooming unit.
**2. Pet Health and Behavior:**
- Owners must disclose any health conditions or behavioral concerns about their pets prior to grooming appointments.
- Premier Paws Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to pets that pose a risk to the safety of our groomers or themselves.
**3. Grooming Services:**
- Our grooming services include but are not limited to bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.
- Prices for grooming services may vary depending on the size, breed, and condition of the pet's coat.
- Additional charges may apply for dematting or special requests.
**4. Payment:**
- Payment for grooming services is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments such as google pay, zelle, venmo, paypal, etc.
- A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled without 24 hours' notice.
**5. Liability:**
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during grooming, Premier Paws Inc. will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
- Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pets' health and behavior to minimize risks during grooming sessions.
**6. Satisfaction Guarantee:**
- We strive to provide high-quality grooming services and customer satisfaction.
- If you are not satisfied with the grooming services provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
**7. Privacy Policy:**
- Premier Paws Inc. respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
- Premier Paws Inc. will use your pet's photos on the internet and in social media platforms, but if you would like to opt out please inform Premier Paws Inc at time of service.
- We may collect and store information such as your contact details, pet's medical history, and pet's photos for the purpose of providing grooming services.
**8. Amendments:**
- Premier Paws Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of the client to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
**9. Pet Pick-Up**
- Once Your pet has completed the service provided by Premier Paws, the groomer will contact you via call or tex. You then have 15 minutes to pick up your pet from our care. After that time period, you will be subject to a delay-fee of $20 in 15 minute increments. Delays can set the groomer back significantly for their next appointment.

*Premier Paws Inc. - General Release Form*
I, [Owner's Name], hereby grant permission for Premier Paws Inc. to provide mobile pet spa services to my pet, [Pet's Name], on [Date].
*Release of Liability:*
In consideration of Premier Paws Inc. providing services, I hereby release and hold harmless Premier Paws Inc., its employees, and contractors from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may occur to my pet, myself, or my property during or as a result of the services provided.
*Assumption of Risk:*
I understand that there are risks associated with pet grooming, including but not limited to, nicks, cuts, and allergic reactions. I assume all risks and responsibilities for any injuries or damages that may occur.
*Authorization:*
I authorize Premier Paws Inc. to use their discretion in providing services, including but not limited to, the use of shampoos, conditioners, and other products.
*Indemnification:*
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Paws Inc. from any and all claims, demands, or actions arising from any damages or injuries to my pet, myself, or my property.
*Governing Law:*
This release form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or wherever the service was performed.
I have read and understand the terms of this release form and sign it freely and voluntarily.
